The monthly rent is the total price including phone / internet / electricity / gas.
The apartment was completely renovated in the fall, and your room has new wallpaper and new laminate. You have views of the station square, yet to keep the noise limited. In the flat gibs a balcony (5m ²) and a spacious living room (approx. 25m ²). As a roommate I am (Christian, 30) free with my two cats there.
